How much is shipping?
Shipping and handling for up to 6 pints:
- $35 for the following states - CA, NV, AZ, UT, ID, OR, WA, and MT
- $70 for all other states in the U.S. besides Alaska and Hawaii
- $80 for Alaska & Hawaii
Why is shipping so expensive?
There is no easy way to ship soft serve / ice cream and the cost covers the packaging, dry ice, and most of the shipping costs. Pints are prepared fresh and shipped from our store in Glendale, CA. We understand the shipping costs are high, but we want to make sure you receive your pints in good condition within 2 days of leaving our store.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not accept returns of our pints. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us at orders@yoga-urt.com.
How will my Yoga-urt be packaged?
Your Yoga-urt will be packaged in styrofoam containers and dry ice which will keep it frozen during transit.
Do I need to be home to receive my shipment?
You do not need to be home, but we recommend it as it is best to put pints in the freezer as soon as you receive them.
What if my Yoga-urt arrives melted?
If there is an issue with your Yoga-urt, please take pictures and contact us at orders@yoga-urt.com.
